Returns & Refunds policy

At Bikaner Dry Fruit House, we strive to provide the highest quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Expired Items

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are received in a damaged, defective, or expired state. If you believe your product falls into one of these categories, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer executive within 24–48 hours of delivery at Support@bikanerdryfruithouse.com.

  2. Provide Proof: You must share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the damaged/expired product and its original packaging.

  3. Review: Our team will review the details provided. If the claim is verified, we will arrange for a return or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Conditions for Exceptions

  • The product must be reported immediately upon discovery of the issue.

  • The product must remain in its original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product shows signs of use or if the damage occurred after delivery.

Reimbursements

Once a return is approved by our executive and the goods are received back at our facility (if required), we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.
